Bellwork: 10 mins.
Students answer the following questions.
• What is diversity?
• What does it mean for your team?
• What does it mean for this game?
• What does diversity mean in solving problems in the real world?

Pregame: 40 mins.
Talk about the different strengths that are to be found in your class.

Talk about ways that as a class you can stop using labels, or stop separation from groups.
Questions for thought:
• What does it mean to be in the minority for something?
• What other binaries exist that can separate people?
• For personal reflection: What are ways that you have made someone the other? How can you make them not so distant?

Let people start to negotiate.

Conclusion: (10 mins.)
